This is not a solicitation of securities of any kind, and sports franchise ownership is highly risky, and one could substantially lose, either, most, or, all of their respective substantial capital. A number of professional soccer leagues domestically have failed financially in the past. Please request a franchise agreement for review, before making any potential decision to join the A.S.L.
